Chengdu International Economic and Technical Cooperation Co., Ltd. (CDI) was established in October 2000 with the approval of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of the Ministry of the People's Republic of China (now the Ministry of Commerce). It has foreign trade, foreign labor cooperation (handling overseas employment of Chinese citizens) and foreign contracting projects. Qualified comprehensive foreign economic and foreign trade joint-stock company. In 2003, the company passed the ISO9001:2000 international quality management system certification.

After years of development, the company's import and export trade marketing network has spread all over the world.
