Chengdu International Economic and Technical Cooperation Co., Ltd. held a board meeting on May 28, 2010 in the second negotiation room on the sixth floor of the company. The meeting reviewed and approved the 2009 "Board of Directors Work Report", "2009 Financial Final Accounts Report and 2010 Financial Budget Plan", unanimously agreed not to distribute profits in 2009, carry forward the undistributed profits of the remaining shareholders in the current period to the next year, and unanimously agreed not to hold the 2009 general meeting of shareholders.
