Employment Rules for Super Luxury Five-Star Wynn Hotel in Macau

Employer: Super Luxury 5 Star Wynn Macau

Work Location: Macau

Contract term: the first contract term is one year, which can be renewed after the expiration.

Working hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week (shift required)

Position: International Market Service Receptionist 5

Salary: 14200 MOP/month (including accommodation)

Job Description: Communicate with guests, and follow up with guests booking arrangements, related itineraries, etc.

Proactively understand and engage guests inside and outside the resort

Responsible for assisting in the planning and implementation of activities and promotion programs for casino guests

According to company rules, give gifts to help build and maintain guest loyalty

Telemarketing to attract and retain Wynn guests

Participate in departmental briefings and share relevant information

Requirements: Age: 18 - 25 years old, female

Education: College or above, bachelor degree preferred

Experience: Customer service experience is preferred

Language ability: Fluent Mandarin (English is preferred)

Others: women with a height of 1.68 meters or more are preferred; cheerful and courteous.
