Dubai City, United Arab Emirates Recruits Manicure/Hairdressing Personnel

　　Terms and Conditions:

　Employer:High-end professional nail and foot bath shop in Dubai, UAE (manager is Chinese)

　　Working place:Dubai, United Arab Emirates (home of the world-famous seven-star sailing hotel)

　　Duration of Contract:2 years, renewable

　　Working time:10 hours a day, 6 days a week, voluntary overtime;

　　Monthly basic salary:2500 RMB (employees can ask the employer to pay in RMB or local currency)

　　Royalty:The employer stipulates that employees can get a commission of 20 yuan RMB after finishing one customer, which is calculated by serving an average of 5 guests per day, and the monthly commission of employees is 2600 yuan RMB. Employees of high-end nail art service projects can get a commission of 50 yuan RMB for one guest;

　　Tip:All tips from customers go to the employees. The average tip is generally 50-100 yuan per customer, and the average daily tip is 5

According to the tip calculation of each guest, the employee's monthly tip income should be 6500-13000 yuan;

　　Meals:Meal self-care, employers provide free public kitchen (employees cook their own meals, need to spend 400-500 yuan per month)

　　Ticket:1. The first two-year contract international round-trip air ticket abroad is provided free of charge by the employer;

2. The employer and the employee shall each bear half of the cost of the air ticket for returning home to visit relatives once a year.

　　Conditions of Recruitment:1. Female, 20-35 years old, manicurists need to be proficient in various manicure techniques. Hand, foot and nail skills, such as French, phototherapy, crystal armor, diamond, etc. If you can have foot therapy, it is preferred. Foot therapists need to be proficient in foot massage, acupoint massage, etc. Manicure is preferred.

2. Be able to speak simple English (can pronounce 26 English letters, phonetic symbols, and a small amount of daily oral language. After joining the company, local foreign employees will assist in communicating with customers and train Chinese employees in spoken English)

3. Good health, no infectious diseases, hard-working
