Notice on Handling Interview Procedures for Dubai Metro Labor Service Project in UAE

Since April 27, 2009, our company has been accepting formal applications for the interview of Dubai Metro labor service project in UAE. Applicants who are interested in participating in the interview with foreign employers at the end of September are requested to go through the formal interview procedures with our company with the following materials and sign an interview agreement with our company (the sample of the interview agreement is as follows).

1. Copy of my ID card

2, 2 inch photos 2 full body photos 1

3. Copy of graduation certificate (if any)

4. Other relevant information proving my ability (if any)

5, interview sincerity gold one thousand yuan

Interview Agreement

Party A: Chengdu International Economic and Technical Cooperation Co., Ltd.

Party B:

After friendly negotiation, Party A and Party B have signed the following agreement on Party B's participation in the job interview organized by Party A for Dubai Metro Company in UAE:

1. Party B has carefully read the "General Rules for Working in Dubai Metro Company in UAE" formulated by Party A, and has a detailed understanding of the relevant information about Dubai in UAE and the relevant information of the employer, including working period, working time, working position, working content, treatment, recruitment conditions, etc. After careful consideration, we voluntarily apply to work for Dubai Metro Company (hereinafter referred to as the Employer) in the UAE, for which we hope that Party A will arrange a foreign employer to interview Party B.

2. Party B promises as follows: First, Party B will actively prepare for the interview and ensure that it will attend the interview according to the time notified by Party A at that time, and will never withdraw or give up the interview; Second, if Party B passes the interview, it will ensure that it will sign an Employment Contract with the employer in accordance with the General Rules for Work in Dubai Metro Company in UAE, and entrust Party A to handle relevant overseas formalities for Party B.

3. Before the interview, Party B voluntarily pays Party A RMB 1,000 as the interview sincerity fund. If Party B succeeds in the interview, the good faith payment will automatically be converted into part of the overseas expenses payable by Party B; if Party B gives up the interview due to its own reasons or gives up the overseas application due to personal reasons after the interview is successful (except when Party B fails to pass the overseas medical examination due to infectious diseases such as hepatitis B and tuberculosis), Party A has the right to confiscate the interview good faith payment as liquidated damages for Party B, and Party B has no objection.

4. If Party B fails to pass the interview, Party A promises to return the full amount of the good faith money to Party B within three working days after the interview. If Party B fails to pay the interview commitment money to Party A before the interview, Party A has the right to cancel Party B's job interview qualification for Dubai Metro Company in the United Arab Emirates.

5. For matters not covered, both parties shall negotiate separately.

6. This agreement is made in duplicate, one for each party, with the same legal effect.
