Work objectives:To ensure the best customer service standards, the implementation of sales maximization.
Primary Responsibilities:
Uphold the best customer service standards
Ensure that the shop (including the underground storage room) is tidy and clean at all times
Ensure that all goods are priced accurately, maintain the status of goods on file by category by the merchandise display group, and maintain inventory replenishment of goods on sale.
Ensure that commodity pricing fluctuates with price increases/decreases
Immediate reporting of irregular prices/delivery of goods to the Regional Head
Report detailed business issues to the responsible person (as defined by business policy)
Check the expiration date of the product and periodically shake the perishable goods
To the responsible person to guide customer requirements, complaints, suggestions and evaluation for follow-up action
Keep up-to-date on product knowledge by participating in training, reading brochures, product bulletins or information requested by merchandising staff,
Participate in inventory calculations
