Treatment:1. Starting monthly salary of S $1800 (Note: S $1 = about 5 yuan RMB)
2. The probation period for budget staff is 3-6 months. After the probation period, the salary increase is about 200 according to the work performance. In addition, there are two evaluations (mid-year and end-of-year) each year, and two salary increase opportunities depend on the work performance. Dividends will be paid at the end of the year, depending on performance and performance (about 1-2 months' salary).
3. Budget leave: 7 days of paid leave in the first year, 8 days in the second year, and so on. 14 days is the top limit.
4. Accommodation: The budget staff does not provide accommodation, and the monthly accommodation and transportation cost is about S $500.
