Chef Recruitment Rules for Chinese Restaurant Work in Sweden

1. employers: Chinese restaurants/Asian restaurants all over Sweden (mostly overseas Chinese from Hong Kong/Zhejiang/Taiwan)

2. location: Nordic Kingdom of Sweden

3. Job Title: Chinese Chef/Thai Chef/Japanese Sushi Chef/Western Chef/West Point Chef

4. Treatment:

1. Starting from the beginning, the monthly basic salary is generally around 8000 Swedish kronor -10000 Swedish kronor (equivalent to about RMB 8000-10000 yuan, and the exchange rate will change at any time),(the salary increase in the future will be determined according to the restaurant business and the chef's working ability and performance);

2. Swedish employers provide free accommodation, work-related injury medical insurance and pension for cooks during their work contracts in Sweden (this pension will be returned by the government to the provident fund institutions of the workers themselves after reaching the legal retirement age of local residents according to the regulations of the Kingdom of Sweden); At the same time, employers must pay 33% of the employee tax for cooks and 33% of the employer's own boss tax, and the need to insure the cook, provide accommodation, etc;

3. Holding a legal work visa recognized by all of Europe, the successful application will have a good work visa record in developed countries, which creates extremely favorable conditions for applying for employment in developed countries again;

4. International travel expenses to and from Sweden shall be borne by the chef himself;

5. Contract period: the first contract period is 18 months/24 months (according to the different regulations of each province in Sweden).

If satisfied, the contract can be renewed for another 24 months. Chefs who have worked in Sweden for 4 consecutive years can apply for permanent residence in Sweden (green card)

5. working hours: working 6 days a week, working daily to perform the normal working hours of local Swedish restaurants; (usually 11 hours/day)

(Special Note: Except for lunch time, employees do not rest at noon and must work continuously)

6. number of chefs to be recruited: long-term registration, unlimited number;

Requirements for 7. chefs: male, 25-36 years old, Chinese intermediate chefs or above, excellent and comprehensive skills, good Cantonese cuisine skills, and those who understand Thai cooking are preferred; Proficient cooking skills and quick movements; Good character, conscientious and responsible work and obedience to management; Hard-working, hard-working, strong physical strength, able to adapt to high-intensity and long-term work in the kitchen; Healthy, free from hepatitis, lung and other infectious diseases; no bad habits (such as gambling, drinking, etc.)
