According to the Measures for the Administration of Automatic Import Licensing of Goods, the Ministry of Commerce adjusted the commodities under automatic import licensing in 2009. The 2009 "Catalogue of Goods under Automatic Import License Management" (Catalogue 1. Catalogue 2. Catalogue III) is hereby promulgated and will be implemented as of January 1, 2009.
