The finance departments (bureaus) and state taxation bureaus of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities under separate state planning, and the Finance Bureau of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps:

With the approval of the State Council, the export tax rebate rate for textiles and clothing will be increased to 15% from February 1, 2009. See the annex for a list of specific commodities.

The specific implementation time shall be subject to the export date indicated by the customs in the "Customs declaration form for export goods (special for export tax refund).

Notice is hereby given.
