The finance departments (bureaus) and state taxation bureaus of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities under separate state planning, and the Finance Bureau of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps:

With the approval of the State Council, it is decided to increase the export tax rebate rate for some commodities. Specifically as follows:

The export tax rebate rate for 1. CRT color TV sets, some TV parts, optical cables, uninterruptible power supply (UPS), copper clad laminates for backed refined copper printed circuits and other commodities will be increased to 17%.

2. will increase the export tax rebate rate for textiles and clothing to 16%.

3. the same time, the export tax rebate rate for chemical products such as sodium hexafluoroaluminate, perfumes and other fragrant washing, plastics such as polyvinyl chloride, some rubber and its products, leather products such as fur clothes, paper products such as envelopes, daily ceramics, glass products such as glass shells of picture tubes, steel products such as precision welded steel pipes, monocrystalline silicon wafers, monocrystalline silicon rods with a diameter greater than or equal to 30cm, aluminum profiles, and other non-ferrous metals, some rock drilling tools, and metal furniture was increased to 13%.

It is 4. to increase the export tax rebate rate for methanol, some plastics and their products, wood products such as wooden photo frames, and glass products such as vehicle rearview mirrors to 11%.

It is 5. to increase the export tax rebate rate of sodium carbonate and other chemical products, building ceramics, sanitary ceramics, locks and other hardware, copper plate and strip, some enamel products, some steel products, simulation jewelry and other commodities to 9%.

It is 6. to increase the export tax rebate rate for commercial calcium hypochlorite and other calcium hypochlorite and zinc sulfate to 5%.

See the annex for a list of specific commodities.

This notice shall be implemented as of April 1, 2009. The specific implementation time shall be subject to the export date indicated by the customs in the "Customs declaration form for export goods (special for export tax refund).
