Recruitment Position：Singapore Changi Airport Concierge Experience Concierge 5(WP permit)
Job responsibilities: 1. Paging and internal announcements; assist guests to log in to WIFI;

. 2. Assisting passengers in finding their way to deal with passengers' lost items and assisting passengers in finding lost items;

3. Responsible for airport convenience facilities rental (such as mobile phone charger rental, etc.)

4. Help passengers with airport restaurant reservations (they don't work in any restaurant; just help guests with restaurant reservations)

5. Involve in handling and managing airport promotions and gift exchanges, managing ticketing and sales transactions.

Part of the concierge duties will also be required for concierge services. They will also be responsible for managing facility loans, such as mobile phone charger [em]e169[/em] source bank leasing. Loyalty program inquiries from guests are processed, so all Experience Concierge will be taught a basic understanding of Changi Rewards (Airport Loyalty Program) and Capital Star(Capital Land Membership Loyalty Program). Responsible for managing the lounge on the 1st floor. Experiencing the concierge requires paging and internal announcements, so they must have clear and fluent English. Subsequently handle feedback and complaints as well as other administrative duties and housekeeping duties as required to ensure cleanliness in and around the concierge area. Note: All female concierge are required to wear full makeup and have their hair tied in a French twist (hair color can only be black). We will ensure that the concierge is fully dressed

Treatment:
1. The probation period is 5 months (including 1 month of training and 4 months of field probation)
First month's training salary: 1500 Singapore dollars (basic salary 1250 accommodation subsidy 250)
Salary for the 2-5 months of on-the-spot training: 1800 Singapore dollars (basic salary 1250 accommodation 250 patrol 150 grooming 100 shift 50)
2. Starting from the 6th month,Monthly salary of S $1950(basic salary 1250 accommodation 250 patrol 150 grooming 100 shift 50 counter

Note: If you have special skills, you will have an additional technical allowance of 150 Singapore dollars.

4.Accommodation: at your own expense (Singapore management company helps to arrange accommodation in advance, but the rent is 250 Singapore dollars -300 Singapore dollars/month paid by yourself)

5. Meal: Take care of yourself (Singapore is full of cheap Chinese food stalls. In addition, you can cook for yourself. The monthly meal cost is about 250-300 Singapore dollars.)

6.Traffic：Singapore traffic developed, take the subway, traffic is very convenient, also very cheap! Around S $100 per month

       To sum up, the basic monthly expenses for food, accommodation and travel in Singapore are equivalent to RMB 3500.Around Yuan(for reference)

Working time:

Take 2 days off every 2 days of work, and the normal working hours are from 10 am to 10 pm. However, some special floors will have 4 special shifts, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (2 shifts) or 2 p.m. to 2 a.m. (2 shifts).
