UK Job Recruitment Rules for 2022

Recruiting employers: hotels, cafes, shopping centers
Recruitment Position:Hotel food and beverage attendants, hotel room attendants, coffee shop service personnel, shopping center sales personnel
Salary: 1.According to different jobs, the basic wage per hour is 8.7£-£ 11, based on working 8 hours a day, 22 days a month
The monthly basic salary is 1530Pound sterling -1936 pounds (1 pound = about 8.5 yuan)It is equivalent to a monthly basic salary of 13000-16000.RMB;
2.There is also a monthly amount of tip income (service positions) and sales commission income (sales positions).
Employee meals and accommodation (including water and electricity): provided by the employer, (where the housing is shared with colleagues, each person has a separate bedroom, and other facilities are shared),But employers deduct 67-77 a week from their wages.British pounds as the employee's meal and accommodation expenses, the total monthly deduction of expenses equivalent to about 2300 yuan;
Employee International Ticket:The purchase is advanced by the employer and then deducted from the employee's salary on a monthly basis (about 5000-6000 for international air tickets from China to the UKCNY)
Working time:Work every day 8Hours, working 5 days a week, rest 2 days;
Contract Period:18Months (first work visa 9.months, to be renewed for another 9 months after expiration)
Requirements:Men and women, 18.To the age of 40, professional unlimited, but need to communicate well in English; In addition to apply for a hotel job, must have relevant work experience; Outgoing personality, good health, no infectious diseases;
